Operations
I help businesses figure out what's making the business harder to run than it should be - and then I help fix it. That might mean operations, sales process, CRM, reporting, technology, AI, accountability or a mix of all of them.
You get someone experienced enough to step in and help run the work, without adding another full-time executive. And because we define what I'm there to solve, the engagement can expand, shrink or end when the need changes.
Most engagements start with a short discovery period to find the friction, followed by a focused build phase to fix the system, and end with a plan (and often the tooling) to keep it running without me.
Pricing depends on how much ownership and involvement the work needs. As a rough guide: Clarity Sprint, starting at $2,500; Fractional COO, $3,500 to $10,000+/month; Projects, $3,500 to $15,000+. Ongoing engagements usually begin with a three-month commitment, and final numbers are set after a short discovery. What each level includes is set out in full on the Operations page.
I prefer to work with small businesses, either remotely or here in South Florida. I'm also a great fit for franchise models, working with both franchisees and franchisors that need help strengthening operations, improving systems, and scaling.
Typically within a couple of weeks of an initial conversation, depending on current capacity. Reach out and we'll find a timeline that works.
Yes. Not every business needs ongoing support. If you have a specific problem, system, or initiative that needs to be built or fixed, that can be a defined project with its own scope and price, start to finish.
A consultant studies the problem and recommends what to do, and your team executes. A fractional COO works inside the business and owns agreed outcomes, not just advice, without being a full-time hire. An interim COO temporarily fills a vacant full-time COO seat. I work as a fractional COO, and for defined problems, as a project-based operator.
No. For engagements of three months or more, we agree on total capacity across the engagement rather than a rigid monthly hour cap. One month might need 25 hours and another 15, while your monthly cost stays the same. The Operations page walks through how that capacity is reconciled at the end of each three-month period, with a calculator that shows it.
There is no single best AI tool. Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and others are good at different things, and the right stack depends on the work your team actually does and the systems you already run on. Part of my job is helping you tell the difference and building a practical stack around real work, not chasing tools.

No. We start by setting up your account together.
Claude. If you're coming from ChatGPT, the session covers the switch.
No. The provider bills those directly. I'll help you choose the right plan before your session.
Yes. Tell me your team size and I'll send a quote.
A charged laptop and its charger, just in case. Your phone, since some exercises use it. Paper and a pen if you like to write things down.
Give me at least 48 hours' notice before a scheduled event and your fee becomes credit toward a future one. Refunds are available for extenuating circumstances.
