- 1 real task from your week done with AI
- The setup guide and prompts from the session
What to bring: A charged laptop and its charger, just in case. Your phone, since some exercises use it. Paper and a pen if you like to write things down.

- Hands-on practice on 2 to 3 of your workflows

- An intake call before the session
- Morning: AI foundations on your team's own files
- Afternoon: build 2 to 3 workflows the team keeps using
- Follow-up calls at 30 and 60 days

$450 per 90-minute session, or 6 for $2,400

You get:
- Every session ends with something built and working
- A written recap of what we built and how to reuse it

How it works
Before
Teams get an intake call. Workshop attendees get a 3-question form so I know what to plan for.
During
Hands-on the whole time. You work on your own tasks with me in the room.
After
You keep the setup guide and prompts. Teams get follow-up calls to fix what didn't stick.
